Tenant Protection Plan for Storage Units and Parking Spaces
We understand that the items you store with us matter. However, please note that our facility is not liable for any loss or damage to your stored property. To help protect your belongings, our rental agreement requires all tenants to maintain a valid protection plan.
As part of the rental process, you will be automatically enrolled in our entry-level protection plan unless you provide proof of your own insurance policy deck coverage via email to infinitystoragespace@gmail.com within five (5) days of your move-in date.
Tenant Property Protection Pricing Plan Limits:
- $12 / month for $2,000 coverage
- $15 / month for $3,000 coverage
- $25 / month for $5,000 coverage
RV Park 'n' Protect Coverage Pricing Plan Limits:
- $1500 plan for $15/month with $500 content coverage
- $2500 plan for $25/month with $1000 content coverage
- $5001 plan for $50/month with $1500 content coverage
